Do you ship to my country?

If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, please send us an email to inquire about your specific country and to get a shipping quote. International shipping rates will apply and customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.

 

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

 

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. International shipments are sent via USPS first class international shipping unless you choose "Priority International", which does cost quite a bit more, but is faster. 

Tracking may take several days to show any movement and some countries do not track at all. It can take anywhere from 14 to 28 days to arrive. Our apologies, but we do not have any control over how quickly shipments arrive.

 

What is the return policy?

We want our customers to be happy! 

We will be glad to make an exchange or send a merchandise credit if you are unsatisfied with a product. You must contact the buti-bag company within 14 days of receipt of shipment. The buti-bag company will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return. The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Ship prepaid and insured back to us after getting a Return Authorization. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Please send us an email for return or exchange information. Personalized or custom products cannot be returned or exchanged. 

If you have purchased your item(s) from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased from another retailer.
